Viking Electric is hiring an ERP Business Specialist to support ERP-driven processes across its Midwest branches. This role blends business knowledge with technology to resolve issues and guide colleagues.

You will troubleshoot transactions, train teams, and help document standard operating procedures. A strong communicator with 2–4 years of related experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting business processes, sales, or accounting-related transactions.
• Comfort working with technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and resolving business process and transaction issues
• Processing ERP-dependent transactions, including credit re-bills and returns
• Troubleshooting errors related to transactions such as manifests
• Providing business and system guidance to Viking Electric associates and external partners
• Monitoring ERP queues and reports for unfinished or aging tasks
• Working with associates and leaders to resolve outstanding items
• Helping teams understand and correctly follow business processes and policies
• Using sound judgment to solve issues that fall outside normal processes
• Helping document and improve standard operating processes
