Job summary

Viking Electric is seeking an ERP Business Specialist to support business processes and ERP transactions across the organization. This role focuses on resolving issues, guiding users, and maintaining smooth operation of ERP workflows.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot transactions, and help document standard operating procedures. Strong problem-solving and tech comfort are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in supporting business processes, sales, or accounting transactions.
• Comfort with technology and business software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and resolving business process and transaction issues.
• Processing ERP-dependent transactions, including credit re-bills and returns.
• Troubleshooting errors related to transactions such as manifests.
• Providing business and system guidance to Viking Electric associates and external partners.
• Monitoring ERP queues and reports for unfinished or aging tasks.
• Working with associates and leaders to resolve outstanding items.
• Helping teams understand and follow business processes and policies.
• Using sound judgment to solve issues outside normal processes.
