Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis & reengineering in key areas.
• Partner with stakeholders & SMEs to gather and validate requirements.
• Design future-state processes aligned with ERP best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure ERP configuration alignment.
• Drive data consistency and process harmonization.
• Support UAT/SIT testing, change management & user training.
• Monitor post-implementation performance & lead continuous improvement.
