Job summary

Applied Fluid Power is seeking a Process Manager who owns ERP data flows and the P21 golden template, ensuring clean, reliable data across the business and its subsidiaries. You’ll shape process design, governance, and the data pipeline that feeds analytics and AI platforms.

In this role you’ll partner with IT and operations to validate migrations (Epicor/cloud), preserve data quality, and drive standardization so energy is focused on insights, not fixes, over the next three years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP systems experience, with hands-on P21/Epicor preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution or industrial business processes.
• Ability to design and document business processes producing clean data.
• Experience working across multiple business units with varying maturity of processes.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the P21 golden template across Applied Fluid Power’s subsidiaries.
• Define data-entry standards to ensure upstream quality.
• Close process gaps that cause bad, missing, or inconsistent data.
• Own data pipeline from P21 to Prism, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Define field mapping, transformation logic, and data quality thresholds.
• Coordinate Epicor lift-and-shift migrations and preserve data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and operations for governance and AI readiness.
