Job summary

Philips in Plymouth is seeking a Business Excellence Specialist to apply advanced knowledge to drive end-to-end process improvements and performance projects across functions.

You will facilitate workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure alignment with our business strategy and support a culture of Execution Excellence with tools across Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process, Project and Change Management, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years with Master's in Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution of tangible performance and end-to-end process improvement projects using excellence tools and methodologies.
• Facilitates workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure functional alignment.
• Supports culture of Execution Excellence and deployment of practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process & Project Management, Change management and Performance Management).
• Leverages AI to scale these methodologies and diagnose and resolve complex issues across business units.
• Drives process standardization and simplification using analysis and optimization, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency and performance.
