Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group, a multi-brand acoustics manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on ERP PMO Lead to run the Project Management Office for a major ERP consolidation. This part-time role focuses on governance, planning, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and risk management across brands and sites.

You will work with executives, internal leads, and external implementation partners, with potential conversion to full-time after stabilization. Travel up to 50% across U.S. sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical or IT projects, including ERP implementations.
• Strong grasp of ERP systems integration with manufacturing, order-to-cash, and reporting.
• Proven current-state process mapping and SOP/documentation discipline.
• Experience with post-go-live stabilization or hypercare support for a major system implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across executives, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP consolidation planning and delivery across brands/sites, coordinating internal teams, the integrator, and business stakeholders.
• Own the program plan, scope, schedule, and budget end-to-end to meet milestones and go-live dates.
• Develop current-state documentation for sales, order-entry, and front-end processes feeding back-end reporting.
• Coordinate data migration from legacy ERP estates into the consolidated platform.
• Lead change management, training coordination, and adoption tracking post-implementation.
• Prepare executive-ready readouts for steering committee and sponsors.
