Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group (CAG) is seeking a hands-on ERP PMO Lead to run the Project Management Office for its multi-brand ERP consolidation. This is a part-time, dedicated PMO role focused on governance, planning, current-state documentation, stakeholder alignment, and risk/issue management for the consolidation.

You will work with executive sponsors, IT leads, business leaders across brands, and external implementation partners, with potential conversion to full-time after stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical or IT projects, including ERP implementations or major upgrades.
• Strong grasp of ERP systems and manufacturing/ordering processes.
• Proven process-mapping and SOP/documentation discipline.
• Experience with post-go-live stabilization or hypercare support.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and vendors.
• Clear communication for both executive audiences and shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP consolidation governance, planning, and end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain program plan, scope, schedule, budget, and risk/issue logs.
• Coordinate data migration and validation across legacy and consolidated platforms.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption tracking.
• Provide executive-ready readouts to steering committees and sponsors.
• Oversee post-go-live stabilization and ongoing support readiness.
