Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a detail-focused professional to join our Customer Success Operations team in handling ERP order entry and lifecycle updates. You will ensure accurate confirmations and data integrity while answering general customer service calls and directing inquiries to the right teams.

The role emphasizes autonomy, time-management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on efficient data handling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is helpful, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Able to manage time and workflows independently.
• Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Enter new sales orders into the ERP and update them throughout their life cycle.
• Ensure customers receive accurate order confirmations and correct products.
• Provide general customer service via phone and direct callers to appropriate parties.
• Support internal teams with accurate, timely data for operations.
