Job summary

Maddox is seeking a detail-oriented team member for our Procurement group in Washington state. You will own orders from purchase through delivery, entering purchase orders into our systems and tracking each order through its lifecycle.

Attention to detail and strong communication will help you serve as the primary contact between suppliers and internal teams, balancing order entry with cross-team coordination daily.

About Maddox + You:

As a member of our Procurement team, you will take ownership of orders from thepoint of purchase through delivery. Your focus will be on entering purchase orders intoour systems and staying on top of every active order as it moves through its lifecycle.Your work ensures suppliers receive accurate, complete purchase orders; ourProcurement Team has timely updates on shipments and testing; and accounting hasclean, error-free records to process payments against. Attention to detail and strongcommunication skills are paramount in this role, since you'll serve as the primary pointof contact between our suppliers and multiple internal teams.This position builds on the core requirements shared across all Procurement roles, withadaptability being critical as you balance order entry, supplier relationships, and cross-team coordination on any given day.

More About You:

• You are technically savvy with modern platforms (Google Suite, etc.). If you prefer a more old-school approach (i.e., stacks of sticky notes), you will struggle in this role.


• You have keen attention to detail and can perform recurring tasks accurately and precisely, particularly regarding data entry.


• You are autonomous and capable of managing your own time and workflows.


• You are comfortable with phone communication and able to think quickly on your feet during conversations.


• You are capable of balancing multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.


• You welcome constructive feedback to help you develop in your role.

Basics

• Full-time. The schedule is generally 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Pay

Starting range with bonus: $50k-$65k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
