Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Operations team member to enter sales orders into the ERP and monitor their lifecycle. You will also handle general customer service calls, directing inquiries to the right team to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, highly organized, and comfortable with data entry while balancing multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is great, but not required.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to perform recurring data-entry tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Enter new sales orders into the ERP and update them throughout their life cycle.
• Ensure customers receive accurate order confirmations and correct products.
• Answer general customer service calls and direct to the appropriate party.
