Prototek Sheetmetal Fabrication, LLC in Hopkinton, NH, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist for the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). You will accurately process customer orders, enter data into our ERP, verify pricing and specs, and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, order processing, customer support or ERP data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Confidence managing changing priorities and multiple orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.

Responsabilités

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Enter customer orders, revisions, and change requests into the ERP with accuracy.
• Verify pricing, lead times, part numbers, quantities, and specs before entry.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, engineering, and production to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate order confirmations and updates to customers professionally.
• Maintain digital records for audits and quality compliance.
• Provide order data and reporting to internal teams as needed.
• Support sales and estimating through quotation follow ups.
