Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm). The role involves shipping/packing products, receiving materials, and maintaining accurate records.

You will enter data in the ERP system and support ISO and medical device requirements while collaborating with multiple departments. Qualified candidates will have experience with shipping/receiving, Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift 10-50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Operate shipping receiving and machining equipment.
• Cross train in other areas of production.
• Occasionally lift 10-50lbs and stand/bend.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ship and package product.
• Receive and inspect raw materials and shop supplies.
• Read and follow work instructions, setup sheets, and checklists.
• Enter production information into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Accurately record and report hours worked.
• Support and comply with the Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
• Read and follow standard work and instructions.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Understand customer needs and core markets.
• Ensure business systems are implemented and functioning properly.
• Attend required company meetings.
• Maintain an organized work area (5S).
• Participate in the Operational Excellence Program.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
