You will prepare purchase orders for ERP entry, confirm contact details, part numbers, and pricing to support manufacturing processes.

The role includes communicating with internal teams and customers via phone and email, using CRM for case management, and assisting with reporting and RMA tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in order entry, order management, administrative support, or related roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders for parts and standard conveyors in the ERP system.
• Verify pricing and customer account information.
• Maintain CRM case management and assist with reporting and RMA processing.
