Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in order entry, order management, or related administrative roles preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify entered customer and account information.
• Enter orders for parts and standard conveyors.
• Maintain and use CRM for case management.
• Assist with reporting, processing RMAs, and other Client Services tasks.
