Job summary

Protingent Staffing is actively seeking a Customer Engagement Representative in Malvern, PA for a Direct Hire role. You will support customers via phone and email on pricing, orders, and invoicing and manage quotes in SAP, while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer service with ERP/CRM experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, engagement, or order-fulfillment experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proven ability to meet quality and production metrics in a service or order-processing environment.
• Strong conflict-resolution, ownership, and follow-through skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone and email on pricing, delivery, order status, invoicing, and availability.
• Own issues from diagnosis through resolution, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Create and process quotes and orders in SAP, verify stock and delivery dates.
• Maintain customer and order records in Salesforce and SAP; ensure accuracy.
