Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customer operations in Malvern, PA. This role will manage the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution.

The rep will serve as a primary contact for customers with professional communication across phone, email, Salesforce, and SAP. Qualifications include 4+ years in customer service or order fulfillment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full customer lifecycle including quoting, order entry, order management, and billing.
