Luxury French cosmetics brand Sisley‑Paris is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Coordinator to lead and enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experience. As an Operations Coordinator, you will support strategic initiatives, optimize day‑to‑day operations, and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

- Oversee and participate in the comprehensive annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Streamline processes to ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, while maintaining quality and timeliness standards.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment while addressing any issues related to shipping, expiry dates, and batch codes.
- Reconcile invoices with the local finance team monthly, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to maintain budget alignment.
Forecasting & Planning Management
- Collect, control and organize the stock needs for retailer events / Marketing / PR.
- Develop and maintain a shipping planning in collaboration with Marketing and PR.
- Participate and provide analysis to all forecasting meetings.
Stock Management
- Analyze the non‑retail items stock and optimize their SAP parameters.
- Place the replenishment orders for all non‑retail items for USA/CAN.
- Track and communicate on the replenishment orders and freight updates.
- Collaborate and meet with our teams during the monthly visits to our warehouse in Connecticut.
- Provide stock analysis (expiring items, overstock, discontinuation, etc.) to top management.
- Track and control stock KPIs (months of stock, total value).
Orders Management
- Arbitrate the flow of collateral orders.
- Be the main contact with all US and Canada Regional Managers to answer their stock requests.
- Be the main contact with the warehouse, update and maintain its priority log.
- Optimize and maintain the ordering process.
- Process the collateral orders for launches / sampling strategy / events.
- Manage all new stores’ collateral orders.
- Work closely with Marketing / PR / Digital to anticipate and control their stock.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of operations experience in a fast‑paced industry, ideally within beauty or consumer goods.
- Strong expertise and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Ability to work flexible schedule based on business and event needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
