Job summary

Miller Zell Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business operations and IT solutions across manufacturing, warehouse, and design workflows.

You will elicit and document requirements, translate needs for development teams, and help define acceptance criteria for end-to-end solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in business analysis, ERP/JDE familiarity, and strong collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams around shared scope and objectives in a hybrid Atlanta office

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, print production, warehouse or supply chain.
• ERP experience required; JD Edwards (JDE) knowledge strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and business rules.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements and process flows.
• Translate business needs for development, integration and vendor teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and maintain traceability throughout projects.
• Map end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance and vendors to drive solutions.
• Support UAT planning and post-implementation stabilization.
