Job summary

Talent Management Plus, Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to bridge business processes and IT for Industrial Distribution, Mobile, and Service & Repair units. The role requires analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and leading ERP implementations with internal and external teams.

You will be responsible for process development, testing, and training to ensure successful go-lives. Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• 3-5 Years in a Business Analyst Role with functional experience using Infor SX.e ERP system; experience with implementations and customizations strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develops and produces high quality requirement specifications and develop functional designs.
• Work with end users and IT to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Train internal users and support personnel on ERP implementations and new procedures.
• Write and execute thorough functional test plans to ensure changes work and processes are unaffected.
• Provide innovative solutions to ERP system challenges and support ERP break/fix issues.
