Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Business Analyst for the ERP program, working within the Digital Technology & Services group. The role involves pre-planning, feasibility assessments, strategy development, and close collaboration with SI partners, executives, and project managers to ensure successful ERP delivery.

You will leverage strong data analysis, write clear artifacts, gather business requirements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program milestones and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Analysis or PM certs are a plus.
• 2-4 years in business analysis or process improvement; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis, Excel/PowerPoint skills, and ability to produce high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and benchmarking to inform ERP strategies.
• Lead feasibility assessments and collect/refine business requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators and leadership to plan and deploy ERP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, track progress, and manage RAID logs for program governance.
• Develop data models and visuals to support decision-making and reporting.
