Job summary

Patriot Talent Solutions in Knoxville (hybrid) seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead ERP modernization initiatives focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. You will own project plans, governance, and executive updates across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong collaboration with finance, technology, and operations, and a track record delivering complex programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

PMP certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, especially Financials.
Strong governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
Experience with implementation partners and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans (scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, milestones).
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve risks and dependencies.
Establish governance and maintain decision logs with executives.
Prepare executive status reports highlighting progress and decisions.
Support testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
Translate business objectives into actionable plans with Finance/Technology/Operations.
Coordinate with partners/vendors to ensure accountability for deliverables.
