Responsibilities include reviewing MRP reports, addressing supply issues, and maintaining inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential to drive cost recovery and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar field preferred.
• 1 year of inventory management experience with related degree, or 3–5 years materials experience if no degree.
• Experience with Materials flow, analysis, or coordination inside Manufacturing operations; Tier 1 JIT experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Maintain ERP system for Item Master, BOM, ship-to locations, and inventory parameters.
• Create daily production schedules and post production output to ERP.
• Review daily MRP supply reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Track inventory accuracy and perform daily cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Communicate supplier and customer form notifications during shortages.
• Prepare debit memos for cost recovery and communicate with suppliers.
