Job summary

Adient, Bridgewater Interiors II, seeks a Materials Analyst to manage materials flow and inventory within manufacturing. You will work with ERP (QAD preferred) and WMS, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep production aligned with demand.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting of KPIs such as inventory valuation, cycle counts, and turn; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar field preferred.
• 1 year of inventory management experience with related degree; if no degree, 3-5 years materials experience within Manufacturing.
• Experience with Materials flow, analysis, or coordination inside Manufacturing operations.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system for Item Master, BOM, ship-to locations, and inventory parameters.
• Create daily production schedules and record production output in ERP.
• Communicate No Surprise Forms to customers during shortages.
• Review daily MRP supply reports and take action as necessary.
• Identify customer and supplier inaccuracies as needed.
• Track component inventory inaccuracies for root cause and corrective actions.
