Job summary

ACERO in Terrell, TX is seeking a Master Scheduler Super User to manage the master production schedule and optimize ERP workflows. The role combines scheduling leadership with ERP system expertise to ensure data accuracy, efficient production, and alignment with demand.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production planning, hands-on Dynamics 365/Business Central experience, and strong Excel/data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, capacity planning and MRP.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule.
• Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Run scheduling meetings, generate KPIs, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Procurement.
• Lead changes and test new ERP configurations and UAT.
• Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate with Purchasing and Sales.
