Job summary

Tomball Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler in Texas to develop and optimize production schedules aligned with customer demand and ERP systems. The role reports to operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve capacity planning and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have ERP/MRP experience, strong inventory management, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven performance reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
Proven ERP and MRP system experience.
Strong inventory management knowledge.
Excellent math, organization and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with ERP and customer demand.
Identify variances against planned rates and take corrective actions.
Execute production plans to meet customer dates.
Support schedule change control and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Perform capacity planning to align capacity with plan.
Analyze demand signals and determine build requirements.
Create and report scheduling metrics and procedures.
Collaborate with leads and client personnel for schedule status.
Program software tools to import/export data as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
