Job summary

Driverge Vehicle Innovations is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to own, develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across multiple facilities. This role translates orders into executable production plans and coordinates capacity, material readiness, and production priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in production planning with ERP/MRP experience, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning or master scheduling.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate orders, backlog, forecasts into production plans.
  • Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-range planning horizons.
  • Set production priorities based on requirements and capacity.
  • Maintain schedule stability while adapting to changes in demand.
  • Ensure schedules align with commitments and objectives.
  • Maintain MPS integrity within Dynamics 365 and planning tools.
  • Develop and maintain capacity models across facilities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and supply constraints; propose solutions.
  • Provide forward-looking capacity analysis to leadership.
  • Analyze schedule performance and drive continuous improvement.
