Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business required; or relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Travel: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with BT Business Partners, Project Analysts, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Assists in developing business cases by researching and collecting data.
• Collects, analyzes, documents, and communicates business requirements using standard templates and methods.
• Supports project managers in managing scope, status, and risk/issue mitigation.
• Leads project meetings and portfolio reporting when necessary.
• Gathers information to estimate cost, scope, timeline, and resources for projects.
• Creates as-is and future state documentation.
• Supports testing and user acceptance activities with the technical team.
• Performs other related duties as required.
