Job summary

Wayne Farms seeks an ERP Analyst-Lead to drive ERP initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Production and Supply Chain. You will guide business analysts and SMEs, shaping the ERP blueprint, and leading testing, training, and go-live activities.

You will mentor teams, manage project plans, and ensure quality in requirements, designs, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes and system performance.

Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience in Finance, Procurement, or ERP-related functions.
Experience leading teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Mentor business teams in new ERP processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional team providing direction to business analysts and SMEs and act as ERP SME.
Partner with other leads to support project goals and process improvement.
Develop and maintain ERP blueprint, as-is and to-be processes, and test scripts.
Create business test cases, prototype testing, and user acceptance testing.
Develop training overviews and deliver end-user training.
Develop project plans within the functional area and monitor progress toward go-live.
Provide end-user support and document best practices.
