Arena Staffing is seeking a hands-on Business Applications Analyst to support ERP, CRM, order-management, and other business-critical applications across the organization. The role is onsite in Greater San Diego and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with accounting, sales, distribution, and operations teams. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 based on experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, enterprise IT, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering ERP, CRM, order-management system, e-commerce platform, WMS, or other business-critical applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day support of ERP/order-management and other business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues affecting multiple departments including Customer Service, Accounting, Distribution, Operations, and Sales.
• Determine whether issues involve user, data, permissions, configuration, application, or integration components and own resolution.
• Support user accounts, permissions, access, and routine application administration.
• Participate in application upgrades, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Escalate deeper technical issues to internal specialists, MSPs, or vendors and maintain ownership through resolution.
