Job summary

j5create is seeking an IT Operations Manager in Kennesaw, GA to own the ERP platform and related business applications. This hands-on role focuses on ERP implementation, migration, testing, and stabilization, with ongoing ownership of ERP environment, integrations, and IT operations.

The position requires 8+ years of ERP/IT operations experience and the ability to work across Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Administration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ERP/IT operations experience.
• Experience owning business systems in small to mid-sized orgs.
• Strong ERP implementations, migrations, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, AP/AR, and Reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot system configuration, business processes, data integrity, security, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP platform and related business applications.
• Lead ERP migration, implementation support, UAT, data validation, integration, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues across purchasing, inventory, warehouse, finance, and reporting.
• Coordinate ERP enhancements, vendor support, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Support integrations with EDI, WMS, and other business applications.
• Maintain ERP documentation, issue logs, and change records.
• Own day-to-day support of business applications and internal IT systems.
• Train and support end users, promoting system adoption and best practices.
