Job summary

ETE REMAN is seeking a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy across physical and ERP records. You will participate in daily cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and support labeling and safety processes. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with strong communication and math skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning.
• Ability to drive a forklift and obtain certification.
• 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred; detail oriented.
• Willing to get dirty and work with chemicals; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up daily cycle counts in our ERP.
• Use the system to execute the cycle count daily.
• Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance.
• Conduct Physical Inventory when required.
• Report on the inventory accuracy in the daily standup meetings.
• Help ensure all products and shelves are labeled properly.
• Analyze cycle count error to find root causes.
• Drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors.
• Liaison with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutions.
• Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed.
• Support safety rules and participate in safety observations.
• Be an active member of the shipping team.
