Job summary

PPG Industries in Missouri seeks a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, process batch tickets, and support ERP readiness. You will report to Plant Manager and work with teams to ensure reliable inventory throughout the site.

Responsibilities include data validation, pre-go-live prep, cycle counts, and Oracle ERP transactions. Strong systems proficiency and ability to operate warehouse equipment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and transact manufacturing batch tickets in Oracle.
• Prepare facility for ERP go-live with data validation and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP implementation team for system configuration, testing, and training preparation.
• Perform cycle counts to establish baseline inventory accuracy and support data integrity.
• Transact and process batch tickets in Oracle to reflect production activity.
• Create reports, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners.
