Potter Global Technologies in Missouri is seeking an Inbound Logistics & Receiving Coordinator to guard the gate between suppliers and production, ensuring receipts match orders and documentation stays clean. You will open the dock, assign loading doors, inspect shipments, reconcile with POs and packing slips, and escalate issues with Purchasing, Quality, carriers, and suppliers.

• Strong organization and prioritization skills for multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across functions.
• Comfort with ERP/inventory systems and proficiency in Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Solid judgment and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of receiving, inventory control, kanban, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Open the dock and assign doors to optimize unloading and production flow.
• Visually inspect shipments, verify condition and count, and match receipts to POs and packing slips.
• Coordinate resolution of issues with Purchasing, Quality, carriers, and suppliers; initiate RTV when required.
• Record and organize materials and documentation to maintain traceability and audits.
• Post receipts in ERP and update inbound/outbound transportation plans.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the central point of contact for receiving-related inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain approved carrier records for audits and operations.
• Follow safety procedures and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
