Job summary
PPG is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and transact manufacturing batch tickets within the Oracle ERP system. The role supports pre-go-live activities and collaborates with ERP teams to ensure data integrity across the facility.
The successful candidate will have warehouse experience, ERP familiarity (Oracle or SAP), and strong data validation skills, with reporting duties and collaboration with plant leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP), data validation, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare facility for ERP go-live and support testing/training.
Responsibilities
- Prep facility for ERP go-live and system launch.
- Support data validation, process documentation, and readiness tasks.
- Assist Oracle ERP implementation team with configuration, testing, and user training prep.
- Conduct cycle counts to establish inventory accuracy prior to go-live.
- Transact and process manufacturing batch tickets in Oracle.
- Ensure batch ticket transactions reflect production activity and align with records.
- Enter and report inventory data using ERP systems.
- Create reports, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners.
