You will act as the technical advisor, guiding clients through the setup and configuration process while creating user training materials to empower them.

The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three in-office days weekly with the option for remote work. You will collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, implementing or configuring accounting systems.
• Functional expertise in accounting and finance areas like General Ledger and Expense Management.
• Strong project management skills to drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of customer systems with Brex.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding optimal integration setups.
• Contribute to creation and refinement of training materials and Help Center content.
