Job summary

Brex is seeking a Technical Consultant based in the Salt Lake City area. You will own end-to-end integration projects, translating customers’ business requirements into Brex configurations and best practices for successful go-lives.

You’ll serve as the technical advisor on ERP architectures, working with customers to deliver optimal integration setups, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with accounting system implementations.
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, HRIS.
• Strong project management skills with ownership of deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product configurations for customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach across teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful integration of customer systems with Brex, managing end-to-end implementation for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks to ensure a smooth and effective launch.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, applying knowledge of ERP architecture and business processes to guide optimal integration setup.
• Lead project meetings and technical calls with customers, capturing detailed notes and driving the project forward from kickoff to go-live.
• Contribute to customer enablement by helping create training materials and Help Center content.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Actively contribute to the Integration team's knowledge, sharing insights and collaborating to enhance internal processes.
