Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by start date.
• Demonstrated ability to use modern research and AI tools to find information and act on it.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Competitive drive and a real desire to build a career in sales.
• Comfort with high‑volume, phone‑based outreach and the rejection that comes with it.
• Ability to work full‑time in our Chandler, Arizona office.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts using OSINT and AI tools.
• Build an account thesis from filings, job postings, tech stacks, news, and leadership changes.
• Identify buying signals and trigger events for ERP evaluation or operational overhaul.
• Write personalized, insight‑led outreach with a point of view on their business.
• Run outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
• Set discovery appointments for the AE team across three ERP practices.
• Qualify inbound leads and route to the right Account Executive.
• Learn how businesses run and how ERP solutions solve problems.
• Keep CRM activity and pipeline data clean and current.
