Job summary

Gray Matter Logic seeks an IFS Business Consultant in Chandler, Arizona. You will collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver ERP implementation projects across North America and Europe, analyzing client needs and ensuring successful software implementations.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of process improvement experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

• Must have experience with ERP implementation of IFS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is highly desired.
• Experience with process redesign methodologies (e.g. LEAN) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional departments to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop clear documentation and process diagrams.
• Conduct functional testing of new system features.
• Train client staff on new business processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
