Job summary

eBS, Equipment Business Software is seeking an experienced implementation professional to lead customer implementations of NextLink Essentials+—our ERP and dealer management platform for equipment dealerships. You will guide customers through discovery, configuration, data conversion, training, and go-live while collaborating with implementation, development, and support teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant implementation, consulting, or dealership management experience.
Equipment dealership experience or ERP/dealership systems implementation experience.
Practical knowledge of dealership operations across multiple departments.
Working understanding of accounting principles: GL, AR, AP, inventory valuation, reconciliation.
Proven project management skills and ability to manage complex implementations and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead implementations from discovery through go live and post-implementation support.
Define requirements with dealership leadership and managers and recommend effective workflows.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, scope, risks, and customer responsibilities.
Configure workflows across rental, service, parts, equipment sales, logistics, accounting, and CRM.
Coordinate data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation, including opening balances.
