Job summary

Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is seeking a Systems Analyst/Programmer III-ERP HCM to design, implement, and maintain Infor CloudSuite HCM and related ERP modules. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll and MIS teams to deliver robust solutions and drive process improvements.

The role acts as the MIS team lead on projects, ensuring configurations, workflows and reports meet end-user needs while maintaining data integrity and system performance. Telework up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP applications or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation Certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Position may be eligible for telework up to 50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain software within the Infor CloudSuite ERP HCM environment.
• Serve as HCM application administrator and MIS project lead.
• Collaborate with MIS, HR and Payroll teams to ensure functionality and standards.
• Develop configurations, workflows and reports to meet end user needs.
• Support Payroll, GHR and WFM configurations and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain application integrations and technical documentation.
