Methods Machine Tools in Sudbury, MA is seeking an ERP Project & Systems Specialist to optimize Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) and integrate it with cloud technologies. You will work with business stakeholders to improve processes, data accuracy, and system performance.

The role blends ERP functional expertise with project management, training, and cross-system integration, partnering with IT and operations to deliver scalable solutions and drive adoption of ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience with Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial.
• Strong knowledge of SyteLine modules, configurations, and reporting.
• Experience leading ERP projects and user training.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Infor SyteLine/CSI modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service).
• Analyze requirements and translate into functional specs and configurations.
• Develop SyteLine forms, IDOs, workflows, reports, and customizations.
• Support upgrades, patches, and testing for stability and performance.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
