Homewerks Worldwide is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Department in Lake Bluff, IL. The role focuses on supporting, expanding, and optimizing our Infor M3/OS/Data Lake ecosystem, including WMS, EDI, and planning services.

The analyst translates business needs into standard processes and maintains knowledge base articles for ongoing support. The position begins fully in-office with potential hybrid flexibility in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business applications, ERP functional support, implementation, or business systems analysis.
• Experience with Infor M3, Infor OS, Infor Data Lake, Infor WMS, and EDI is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and issue resolution for Homewerks business applications (Infor M3/OS/Data Lake/WMS/EDI).
• Build and maintain knowledge-base articles documenting processes, changes, and recurring procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and testing; ensure alignment with business needs.
• Perform fit/gap analyses and gather requirements for standard processes.
• Lead onboarding of new locations or acquisitions into the Homewerks template.
