Job summary

Campfire is hiring an Integrations Specialist to sit on the Implementation team and own the customer-facing side of integrations. You’ll set up connections between Campfire and ERP/GL systems, banks, payroll providers, and data warehouses while guiding customers migrating from NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an implementation, integrations support, or technical customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS/fintech company.
• Ability to read APIs, webhooks, and data mapping well enough to configure and troubleshoot; coding not required.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts (COA, journals, reconciliations) or quick learning ability.
• Familiarity with ERP/GLs and CRM/payroll/banking integrative systems; ability to connect multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up integrations between Campfire and ERP/GL systems, banks, payroll providers, and data warehouses during onboarding.
• Configure and enable Campfire's existing integrations and data connections; troubleshoot issues without coding.
• Troubleshoot sync failures, mapping errors, and connectivity problems; escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for integration issues raised by Support or customers.
• Validate data accuracy and document common integration issues and playbooks.
• Gather feedback on gaps and advocate fixes and roadmap improvements with Product/Engineering.
