Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Manager, Finance Systems to lead hands-on finance systems initiatives, acting as the Finance Business Process Owner for SAP and ERP transformation across Asset Management, Financial Management, and Budgeting.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and external consultants to design, test, and implement future-state processes. The role covers governance, data structures, controls, reporting, and ongoing optimization through go-live and steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, accounting, finance systems, or ERP transformation.
• Experience as Finance Business Process Owner or lead on ERP implementations (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting; SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP.
• Strong governance, data management, reporting, and controls aligned to GAAP.
• Excellent project management, problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own as Finance BPO for SAP/ERP workstreams and drive process standards.
• Define requirements, KPIs, controls, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate design, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Govern master data, change control, and reporting structures for finance.
• Support governance meetings and provide status updates to Finance leadership.
