Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. seeks a hands-on Manager, Finance Systems to lead SAP and ERP transformation, acting as Finance’s digital guardian and Business Process Owner for end-to-end workstreams.

You will own process outcomes, controls, data governance, and reporting, partnering with IT and Shared Services to drive integration and compliance. As an individual contributor, you will guide design, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring strong data quality and alignment with GAAP,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across finance/accounting and/or finance systems.
• Experience leading or serving as a Finance Business Process Owner in ERP implementation or major finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance data structures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance process ownership across designated SAP workstreams.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and approve future-state processes and requirements.
• Coordinate with SAP/IT/implementation teams for integrated system design and reporting outcomes.
• Oversee finance readiness, testing, UAT, data validation, and go-live readiness.
• Manage hypercare and transition to steady-state support with defined exit criteria.
• Maintain governance and documentation for audit readiness and continuous improvement.
