Job summary

Medavie, a national health solutions partner, is transforming its finance platforms and seeks a Financial Systems Business Analyst to lead design through implementation of a new ERP. You will collaborate with internal project teams, IT, and external partners to ensure a smooth rollout and user adoption.

In this role you will document future-state processes, support system configuration and testing, and ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities, enabling faster, more reliable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations.
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Understanding of GL, AP, AR and financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors on transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance teams to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future-state processes; identify opportunities to improve and streamline workflows
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions
• Develop and execute testing scenarios (SIT/UAT); track issues and support resolution
• Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation
• Support user readiness through training and change-related activities
• Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners
