Job summary

Copeland seeks a Lead Financial Systems Analyst to partner with Finance and IT, maintaining and improving finance-owned systems. You will help translate business requirements into robust solutions while supporting ERP platforms and related applications.

You will drive system upgrades, testing, and migrations, including JD Edwards to Oracle transitions, with emphasis on governance, controls, and user training. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, financial applications, or business systems.
• Experience working across Finance and IT to support processes and technology solutions.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, implementations, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary business partner between Finance, IT, and stakeholders for finance-owned systems and applications.
• Support day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial systems, including ERP platforms and related applications.
• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Gather and document business requirements and assist in developing functional solutions.
• Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation stabilization.
• Assist with change management, training, and communication activities related to system initiatives.
• Support finance transformation efforts, including ERP migration and process modernization projects.
