Qualified candidates have 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, ERP exposure (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate accounting environment.
• Strong experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• CPA or CPA-track candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

A Beacon Hill client, a growing company in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and long-term growth potential within a collaborative accounting department. This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions, owning the month-end close process, and contributing to financial reporting and process improvement initiatives. The pay rate is $45-$50/hour, depending on experience.
