Job summary

Genworth Financial, Inc. in Richmond, VA, is seeking an ERP/EPM Transformation & Platform Lead. You will own Oracle ERP and EPM platforms, guiding implementation, integration, governance, and ongoing evolution to deliver value across Finance and Corporate Functions.

You will lead strategic platform roadmap, vendor engagement, release planning, and data/integration strategy, ensuring a scalable and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of ERP/EPM system implementation and ownership experience.
• Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis / Product Analysis, with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Experience partnering with IT, cloud, data engineering, security, and business teams to design and deliver enhancements.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives or small teams and communicate risks clearly.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support code translation, modernization, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide team members with product expertise and upskill in Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison among Finance, Technology, implementation partners, vendors, and current application teams.
• Lead requirements, process design, solution validation, and conversion readiness.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, traceability, and cutover readiness.
• Connect legacy teams with future platform team for integrations and data conversion.
• Define operating model, support model, governance, and knowledge-transfer requirements before go-live.
• Own post-go-live platform roadmap, SaaS release evaluation, and adoption planning.
• Translate Finance priorities into a governed roadmap and sustain business outcomes.
