Job summary

Genworth in Richmond, VA, seeks an ERP/EPM Transformation & Platform Lead to own the Oracle ERP and EPM platforms, drive implementation, integration, governance, and ongoing evolution for Finance and Corporate Functions.

The role transitions to long-term ownership of the ERP/EPM ecosystem, including roadmap management, release planning, and data strategy, with a focus on scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• ERP/EPM system implementation and ownership experience.
• Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis / Product Analysis with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Experience partnering with IT, cloud, data engineering, security, and business teams to design and deliver application enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison among Finance, Technology, implementation partners, vendors, and current application teams.
• Lead requirements, process design, solution validation, implementation planning, and conversion readiness.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, traceability, decisions, and cutover readiness.
• Connect legacy teams with future platform team for integrations and data conversion.
• Define operating model, support model, governance, and knowledge-transfer requirements before go-live.
• Own post-go-live platform roadmap, SaaS release evaluation, adoption planning, and strategic enhancements.
• Translate Finance priorities into a governed roadmap and ensure SaaS adoption and data/reporting dependencies are managed.
